Real Estate company is interviewing female assistant manager (Eng – Sp) with the following skills and responsibilities:

• Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategies.
• Coordinate operations
• Ensure schedules and objectives are met.
• Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs and specifications.
• Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data.
• Manage the agenda and documentation.
• Organize and manage physical and digital files.
• Provide information to other headquarters and support or other departments.
• Proactive and innovative person.
• Familiar with customer service principles and practices.
• Proficient user of MS Office.
• Leadership and organizational abilities.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving.
• The ideal candidate will have proven experience as Assistant Manager or similar position.
